Hereinafter, EHang Technologies S.L. may be referred to interchangeably as "DroneXow", the "Company", the "Owner" or the "Provider".
2. Purpose of the website
The website www.dronexow.com is intended to provide information about DroneXow and the professional services offered by EHang Technologies S.L., mainly related to the design, planning, organization, production and delivery of shows using unmanned aircraft (UAS/drones), drone light shows, associated audiovisual and technological solutions, and other services related or complementary to its business activity.
The website may make available to users forms and other means of communication intended, among other purposes, to request information, make enquiries, request quotes, submit project proposals or establish commercial relationships with DroneXow.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the information published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not in itself constitute a binding contractual offer.
The contracting of any show, project or service will be subject, where applicable, to the corresponding commercial proposal, quote, contract, general terms and/or specific terms agreed between EHang Technologies S.L. and the client.

The feasibility of each show must be assessed individually, taking into account, among other aspects:
- the characteristics of the venue;
- the airspace affected;
- operational conditions;
- distances and safety zones;
- the technical characteristics of the show;
- any authorizations, permits or coordination that may be required;
- weather conditions;
- applicable regulations; and
- any other technical or safety requirement that may apply.
Where a given operation requires registrations, declarations, operational authorizations, permits, administrative coordination or any other prior requirement, it will only take place once such requirements have been met.
Where the show takes place outside Spain, the project will likewise be subject to the aeronautical, administrative, safety, airspace-use and other regulations applicable in the relevant country or territory.

Each project will be subject to the corresponding technical, operational, administrative and safety feasibility assessment.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
All content forming part of the website www.dronexow.com, including, by way of example and not limitation:

- videos;
- images;
- animations;
- designs;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- trade names;
- graphics;
- illustrations;

- documents;
- audiovisual elements; and
- any other content capable of protection,
is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.
